Q: 確定預訂需唔需要先付訂金？Do I need to pay a deposit first to confirm the reservation?
需要呀。確認預訂時我們會先收取訂金以確保檔期，餘下的尾數需在行程完成後即場付清畀司機或者經銀行轉賬。(時租訂金為$1000，機場接送訂金為$500)
Yes.A deposit is required upon booking to secure your schedule. The remaining balance can be paid a day before the service date.(Booking deposit of hourly rent is $1000, airport transportation is $500.)
Q: 價錢包含油錢和司機嗎？Does the price include fuel and the driver?
價錢已包含油錢和司機。
Yes. The price is included fuel and the driver.
Q: 用車當日可以在中途加地點或者更改目的地嗎？ On the service day, can I add extra stops or change the destination during the trip?
可以，請屆時與司機或本公司議洽。***車資有機會增加。
Certainly, please negotiate with the driver or our company at that time. ***Please note that the fare may be subject to increase.
Q: 會唔會有隧道費或者停車場費等額外收費？ Are there any additional charges, such as tunnel tolls or parking fees?
除咗機場接送和婚宴接送服務已包隧道費外，一般租車費用係未包隧道費同停車場費嘅。相關費用會按實報實銷嘅方式，喺行程當日由客人支付。
Only airport transfers and wedding services include tunnel tolls. General car rental fees do not include tunnel tolls or parking fees. These costs will be paid by the customer on the day of the trip on a reimbursement basis (actual cost).

惡劣天氣有咩安排？
What are the arrangements for bad weather?
八號風球或黑雨警告下，在出發前2小時致電本公司可免費取消或改期。若堅持需冒雨用車，需加收總車資 50% 附加費。
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted at the booking date, you can change or cancel the booking and get a refund 2 hours before the service time.
***A 50% surcharge on the total fare applies if vehicle service continues during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning.
可以租車前往大嶼山禁區嗎？
Can I rent a coach to go to restricted areas on Lantau Island?
客人請預早至少提早一個月訂車，因為申請禁區證需時，而且需要等待運輸署答覆是否批出禁區證才可確認能否提供用車。
***並且需要另行報價。
Customers are requested to book at least one month in advance, as processing the Closed Road Permit takes time. Confirmation of service is subject to the Transport Department's approval of the permit.
***Separate quotation is required.
婚宴接送服務的旅遊巴士會提供飾物佈置嗎？
For wedding shuttle services, will the coach be decorated?
本公司不設飾物佈置服務，因為各位客人眼光都有所不同，所以我們建議客人自備心儀的飾物，屆時貼在玻璃窗之上。
***只可使用吸盤把飾物貼在玻璃窗上，請勿貼在車身油漆上或使用膠紙或
blu tack，以免面斥不雅。
We won't decorate the coach because everybody has different tastes.You may prepare your own decorations to put on the coach windows.
***Use suction cups only on glass windows. Do not attach to car paint. Do not use tape or blu tack on glass windows.
取消或改期政策係點？
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
用車前 7 日可以改期，前 15 日可以免費取消。臨時取消會扣收訂金。
You can change the reservation 7 days before the booking date.You can cancel the reservation 15 days before the booking date.***Deposits will be retained in the event of late cancellation.
預訂禁區證後，可以取消預約嗎？
After applying for restricted‑area permits, can I still cancel the booking?
如果禁區證獲批後取消預約，需要支付禁區證行政費$500。如果運輸署拒絕批出禁區證，客人則無需支付行政費。
A $500 administrative fee for the Closed Road Permit will be charged if the reservation is cancelled after approval. If the Transport Department rejects the application, the customer will not be required to pay any administrative fee.
接機服務的等候時間點計？
How is the waiting time for airport pickup services calculated?
飛機降落後起計一時間內上車。
***如果飛機降落後超過90分鐘上車，會收取$500越時收費。
Board the vehicle within one hour of landing.
***A surcharge of HK$500 will apply if you board the vehicle more than 90 minutes after the flight lands.
