Q: Do I need to pay a deposit first to confirm the reservation?
Yes.A deposit is required upon booking to secure your schedule. The remaining balance can be paid a day before the service date.(Booking deposit of hourly rent is $1000, airport transportation is $500.)
Q: Does the price include fuel and the driver?
Yes. The price is included fuel and the driver.
Q: On the service day, can I add extra stops or change the destination during the trip?
Certainly, please negotiate with the driver or our company at that time. ***Please note that the fare may be subject to increase.
Q: Are there any additional charges, such as tunnel tolls or parking fees?
Airport transfers service includes tunnel tolls. Renting coach hourly does not include tunnel tolls. Parking fees will be paid by the customer on the day of the trip on a reimbursement basis (actual cost).
Q: What are the arrangements for bad weather?
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted at the booking date, you can change or cancel the booking and get a refund 2 hours before the service time. ***A 50% surcharge on the total fare applies if vehicle service continues during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning.
Q: What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You can change the reservation 7 days before the booking date.You can cancel the reservation 15 days before the booking date.***Deposits will be retained in the event of late cancellation.
Q: After I cancel, how long will it take to receive my refund?
Normally it takes about 1 week for the refund to be processed.
